ATENXIA is a mobile application and web platform, but at the same time an interactive learning universe that involves children in a program to improve their attentional parameters. At MS2S (as the data controller of ATENXIA), we are firmly committed to your privacy, as well as the privacy of the child. We want you as a professional, therapist, psychologist, speech therapist, teacher, parent and/or legal guardian to feel safe and to have full confidence in our processing of your data, whether you use our mobile application (“App”), the website or the web services platform.
We have prepared this Privacy Policy to explain to you how and why we treat the personal information we collect, and how you can exercise your rights.

- The profile of the professional, therapist, psychologist, speech therapist, teacher, father, mother and/or legal guardian are in control. This profile downloads our application or accesses the platform via the web and creates an account for the child as part of our initial setup process.
- The App or web platform are closed ecosystems. Our services are not designed to allow children to access the Internet or share personal information with anyone other than their caregivers, parents, or guardians.
- Our website is designed for adults. On such sites, we use standard web tracking technology to support our advertising and analytics efforts. We may partner with third parties, who use industry-standard technologies, such as cookies, to track visitors to our websites. These third parties use this data to promote the user to contract our services, including on other websites.
